We sell our fish flash frozen to you at local Farmer’s Markets.
All of our fish is immediately hand-iced at sea to ensure the highest quality product. In the markets of Japan the St. John II name is placed on the fish to bring a higher price.
*these categories represent the pound weight of whole fish (head off) before processing.

Now that most of our farmers markets have come to an end, feel free to order on our website for local delivery to your door. If you are in Snohomish county you are definitely in our delivery area - all others please check first.
