We sell our fish flash frozen to you at local Farmer’s Markets.
All of our fish is immediately hand-iced at sea to ensure the highest quality product. In the markets of Japan the St. John II name is placed on the fish to bring a higher price.
*these categories represent the pound weight of whole fish (head off) before processing.
Hello fish friends- in order to keep our business sustainable, we will no longer be delivering fish.
