How we sell our fish

We sell our fish frozen to you at local Farmer’s Markets. We can also sell to you by you contacting us through this website.

All of our fish is immediately hand-iced at sea to ensure the highest quality product. In the markets of Japan the St. John II name is placed on the fish to bring a higher price.
